PSV Eindhoven defender Hector Moreno has apologised after making the tackle that broke Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw's leg. Shaw, 20, had surgery on Tuesday after suffering a double fracture of his right leg during the Red Devils'  2-1 Champions League defeat in Eindhoven. The England international will stay in hospital to continue his recovery. Moreno, 27, said: "I just feel really bad because I was involved in the accident. I feel really sorry." Shaw was given oxygen while being treated on the pitch for 10 minutes after Moreno's 15th-minute challenge, and was in tears in the dressing room. United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward visited Shaw at St Anna Ziekenhuis hospital before flying back to England on Wednesday. Snapchat  has launched its first in-app purchases, offering users the chance to buy the ability to replay already-seen pictures and videos. The new feature, which is only available in the US for the time being, offers “replays” in packs of three for $0.99. Without them, users can only view any given picture or video once, and get one additional replay for free each day. The offer is the latest move away from the idea of “ephemeral messaging” which once lay at Snapchat’s core. Initially, the draw was that users could send a message just once, safe in the knowledge that once it was viewed, it could never be viewed again. كشفت معطيات رسمية حول المبادلات المغربية الروسية، أن الميزان التجاري بين البلدين يتميز بعجز دائم يضر باقتصاد المملكة، حيث ارتفع من حوالي 9.5 مليار درهم في عام 2010 إلى 14.6 مليار درهم سنة 2014. وحسب المعطيات التي عرضت ضمن المعرض الدولي للصناعات الغذائية "وورلد فود" (World Food Moscow)، من طرف المؤسسة المستقلة لمراقبة وتنسيق الصادرات، فقد بلغت قيمة المبادلات التجارية بين المغرب وروسيا 18.1 مليار درهم سنة 2014، أي ما يمثل 3% من مجموع المبادلات التجارية المغربية في سنة 2014، مشيرة إلى أن منتجات الصناعات الغذائية تمثل 92% من إجمالي قيمة الصادرات المغربية إلى هذا البلد، في حين تمثل المحروقات 67% من الواردات المغربية. وفي ما يتعلق بمنتجات الصناعات الغذائية، فإن المبادلات بين المغرب وروسيا سنة 2014 بلغت 3.1 مليار درهم، ما يشكل 17 في المائة من إجمالي قيمة المبادلات التجارية بين البلدين. وزيادة على ..... المصدر و التتمة :http://q.gs/8ol5n

قالت وكالة الأنباء السعودية الرسمية، إن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، أمر بصرف مساعدة لذوي المتوفين والمصابين في حادث سقوط إحدى الرافعات يوم 27 / 11 / 1436 هـ في المسجد الحرام الذين تم حصرهم من قبل الجهات المعنية، وذلك على النحو التالي : (1) صرف مبلغ مليون ريال لذوي كل شهيد توفاه ـ الله سبحانه وتعالى ـ في هذه الحادثة . (2) صرف مبلغ مليون ريال لكل مصاب بإصابة بالغة نتج عنها إعاقة دائمة . Two Republican state lawmakers who accused a park ranger of misstating facts about seeing them “making out” in a parking lot have stepped down from the House ethics committee. But their accompanying apologies to the law enforcement community weren’t sufficient for House DFLers, who accused them Monday of failing to address their earlier claims that the ranger’s assessment was wrong. Reps. Tim Kelly and Tara Mack initially disputed the officer’s description of events at an Eagan park, but ultimately paid the fines. That drew criticism Friday from state Rep. Dan Schoen, a Democrat and a licensed peace officer, who said they unfairly attempted to discredit a law enforcement official — since paying the fines equates to pleading guilty. The pair spoke over the weekend with House Speaker Kurt Daudt, R-Crown, and Majority Leader Joyce Peppin, R-Rogers. Sept 14 (Reuters) - A Michigan resident is recovering from the state's first ever confirmed case of bubonic plague, state health officials said on Monday. The adult resident of Marquette County in the state's Upper Peninsula recently returned from a Colorado area with reported plague activity and there is no cause for concern about human-to-human contact, the state health department said. It was the 14th human plague case reported nationally in 2015, more than four times the average of three cases annually of the rare and potentially life-threatening flea-borne illness, state health officials said. An elderly Utah resident died from plague in August and two people have succumbed to the disease this year in Colorado. At some point during the intense daylong manhunt to apprehend him, Shannon Lamb spoke with police and told them he wasn't going to go to jail. When officers finally caught up to him late Monday night, he made good on his threat, police said: he pulled out a gun and killed himself. Lamb was the suspect in two killings: The death of Ethan Schmidt, who was shot in the head in his office on the campus of Delta State University in Cleveland, Missisippi. And the shooting death of Amy Prentiss, who was found dead at a home in Gautier, a coastal city about 300 miles away from the university. The hunt for Lamb brought together campus police and city police as well as the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Bolivar County Sheriff's Department and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The  New York Giants ' strange handling of their final possession against the  Dallas Cowboys  on Sunday night has taken another interesting turn, as running back  Rashad Jennings  revealed after the game that he was told not to score down by the goal line. "As a running back, it's always hard when they tell you not to score,"  Jennings told  Dan Graziano  of ESPN following the 27-26 loss.
